I've finally booked my summer holiday! I thought it wasn't going to happen for a while but we finally got our act together. There's a group of us, three couples staying in a beautiful villa in Marbella in late July - I can't wait now.
My girl friends have gone out and bought some summery clothes in preparation for the trip, but I think it's such a waste of money. With the way the weather is over here in so-called 'summer', I don't want to spend a load of money on a new summer wardrobe that I most likely won't wear much in this country.
I've got plenty of vest tops and denim skirts and shorts, and a couple of dresses, so that should do me. I've also swiped a couple of my boyfriend's old mens shirts, which will be nice and loose fitting and look really cute tied up across my stomach with little denim shorts and sandals.
It's going to be the longest wait ever til we go, roll on July!
